How to create a ticket to ensure timely responses

Hello! This is our new Support Desk here at One Point. We want nothing more than for you to get fast, efficient support so we've created this article - and we keep it up-to-date - to help you with that.


➡️ The best way to create a new support ticket is to email support@op1.com with your request. 


  • Be descriptive - What exactly do you need? When do you need it by?
  • Include screenshots - If you're experiencing an issue, and you're able to, please include a screenshot of the issue.
  • Include steps to reproduce an issue - What did you click on? What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

We typically respond to tickets within just a few business hours. Creating a ticket on this platform is the best way to guarantee that the right team members at One Point will see your response - as well as our customer support team - which can follow up with you in a timely manner.
